Fostering community for people with chronic lung disease.
Established in 2026, Inspire Together (IT) fosters a community for people with chronic lung diseases in the Richmond area. When something as simple as breathing becomes difficult, the world gets a lot smaller. IT’s goal is to create opportunities for patients and families to get together and create memories. As a registered nurse, founder, and CEO, Sarah Goodwin has worked closely with patients with pulmonary diseases for many years and is constantly inspired by their resilience. This also hits close to home, as her grandmother, one of her favorite people, passed away from Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD) in 2023.

Inspire Together is fiscally sponsored by CORE Foundation, EIN 20-5997764. Donations are tax-deductible to the extent permitted by law.
